    Hi.

On this page, the category images are not displaying in a grid.

    Hi there,

Make sure you make use of the “columns” attribute.

    Eg.

    [product_categories 'columns' => '4',]

    Cheers!

Do you mean I need to insert that shortcode into the page content of the /shop page?

I did this and the page remains the same (1 column).

    I’ve cleared the browser cache.

You need to insert the shortcode in the page where you want your categories:

    Eg.

    [product_categories columns="4"]

    Cheers!

That’s weird. Can you post a test username & pwd. so I can take a closer look. Make sure you use the private reply function of the forums.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

I’ve tried to login but the link you’ve posted doesn’t redirect to the login page. Can you please double check?

    Cheers!

Hi, your fix worked last time, but since then, I have deleted all products, and re-imported them, and now only 2 categories display on the http://www.tempertemper.com.au/test/shop/ page.

Did you do something special to the shop page to display all categories?

I didn’t alter the shop page.

Also, is there a way to add a search field to the top of the page? Thanks.

Also, with the product search results, the product images are not clickable:

Also, can we arrange search results in a 3 or 4 column grid?

    Hi there,

    1. I don’t think the problem is from the theme. I switched on the default WP theme and the problem remains (just 2 categories show). Also if you use the “Product Categories” widget in the sidebar the same 2 categories are displayed. Where did you get your import file from? Was it from an older version of WooCommerce?

    2. If you check the demo page there is a search field but you need to set the header of your site like the one in the demo page.

3 & 4. That happens because you’re using the default post search of WordPress and not the product search. The default search of the theme display the results in columns just like the products page.

    Cheers!
