    You can try and edit the file named “post-meta.php” located in the theme’s folder > framework > inc and on line 15 replace this:

    <?php the_time( get_option( 'date_format' ) ); ?>

    with this:

    <?php the_time( get_option( 'time_format' ) ); ?>

    In post-meta.php ( IS PHP THE_DATE, not PHP THE_TIME):

    <?php the_date( get_option( ‘time_format’ ) ); ?>

    And in content-php equal,change php the_time by php the_date ( this is for FRONT LATEST POST (BLOG))

    Finaly. I did it of this way and solved.
    I have changed in archive ‘content.php’ in path wp-content/themes/myuniversity/framework/inc/post-formats/latest-blog

    and i have changed <?php echo get_the_date(‘Y-m-d’);?> and delete the original.
