    Hi… I purchased InsurancePress from you.

    I’ve installed the theme and plugins, but the slideshows do not display in Internet Explorer. Can you tell me what I need to do to be able to view slideshows in Internet Explorer. My client uses Internet Explorer primarily in their office because their insurance software runs best in IE.

    What version of IE do you have installed. I’ve checked it out on IE 9 and Edge and it’s working fine on my side.

    My client is using IE ver. 11.

    When I pull up the site using this rendering engine (https://netrenderer.com/), the site loads, but the slideshow does not.

    That’s because the slider is not yet loaded when the rendering engine is taking a screenshot. I’ve actually checked on a machine with IE 9 installed: http://d.pr/i/rVP2Sc
