    Hi Chris,

    We’re having issue with the style.css. We’re no longer able to edit the style.css file for Helping Hands theme (Please see screenshot).

    Can you kindly let us know causes of this issue and assist us to resolve this issue?

    Hi there,

    That is a server problem and it happens because WordPress doesn’t have writing permissions on the file anymore or you changed the owner of the file. You need to give it writing permissions in FTP.
