    Hey,

    I’ve looked deeper into your problem and it seems there is something related to your WordPress server.

    Try this (as I don’t have access to that file):

    Go to your WP root folder and edit the file named “wp-config.php”. Add this to the bottom of the file:

    define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');

    Save. Done.

    Hmm, can you try with theses settings too:

    define('FS_METHOD', 'ftpext');

    or

    define('FS_METHOD', 'ftpsockets');

    Not both in the same time. Try with the first one and then second one. (Also, make sure you remove the one that you’ve previously used, the ‘direct’ one)

    Hi there,

    Yes, that is because, for some reason, your server doesn’t recognize the FS_CHMOD_FILE function (which is a default of WordPress).

    I’m afraid you’ll need to contact your hosting company or if you have access to your hosting logs check to see what is preventing the function to load properly.
