    Hi,
    great theme.

    2 questions:

    1. Blog page title shows the first blog post title instead of the blog page title (i.e. blog), why is that?

    2. I have noticed in your tutorials that when adding new pages there are about 8 different templates, however, in my case i only see 3 templates:
    “Full width”
    “Blog”
    “Default”

    Please advise.

    I’m having the same issue as #1 in his post. I see in other posts you are recommending setting the ‘blog’ selector under settings -> reading to blank (-select-) but I don’t want to use it that way. I want to actually use that option of WP.

    Any other way to clear this up?

    ok, so the solution is that you shouldn’t set the “reading” page of blog to any page. This way it will work.

    The instruction of this theme are really pure and not helpful. that is a shame as it is a great theme.

    Hi there,

    1. I’ve seen you’ve the solution.


    @grantsdale    : if you use the blog page in the WP’s way you’ll encounter problems with the page titles.

    2. This theme comes only with the 2 page templates. The other ones are for my other themes (For example the portfolio template which this theme doesn’t have).

    Sorry for the confusion, I’ll update the docs. in the feature update. Meanwhile, feel free to post here any questions or problems you might have.

    Hi, I have a similar issue.

    I don’t have the option to choose a page template on those three which have been mentioned above.

    “Full width”
    “Blog”
    “Default”

    I have selected the reading (Admin -> Settings -> Reading) as:

    Front page: HOME
    Posts page: -Select-

    I have also tried changing these, and still I’m unable to see more than three choices for Page Templates.

    Is there an option I need to turn on, or am I missing something easier than that?

    I see from the screenshot that you have the 3 page templates there. Simply select one of them and hit publish.

    Hi,

    No, this theme doesn’t have a portfolio. You should have only default, full width and blog.
