    I install the them and when I activate it, it gives me a lot of php errors beginign with

    The WP version is 3.5.2.

    Thos are notices and warnings and should be ignored. There’s nothing serious happening. You can disable the notice warnings from your php server. Also, did you encounter the same problems on a live site?

    On live site, I saw them too, but they have now dissapeared from both views just configuring the theme.
