    Hi, I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but a lot of the theme options don’t seem to be overwriting the css. eg. Logo margin-top I change it to 20px but it stays at the default 25px when viewed. Also none of the styling seems to change. I am having to change everything in the styles.css file.

    Hi there,

    No worries, I’ve moved it under “HelpingHands”.

    Make sure that the file named custom-styles.css” located in the theme’s folder > framework > admin > sd-admin-options is writable.

    Let me know how’s going.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I have made that file writable but still no luck in writing to it. If I add the CSS in there then it does overwrite the themes main css. I have all changed the permissions on the file using the terminal to chmod 777

    For a test I also made the whole theme folder and contents writeable but still no luck

    Any ideas

    That’s weird. Can you post a test username & pwd. so I can take a closer look? Make sure you use the private reply function of the forums.
