    myuniversity.zip won’t uplad/install but the child theme myuniversity_child.zip
    does.
    just gives me message try again.
    and doesn’t work

    Hi there,

    How do you try to install the theme? Are you uploading the whole archive you’ve downloaded?

    no. I unstuff the whole archive and am selecting myuniversity.zip to install.

    That’s weird. Can you try and upload it via ftp and see how it goes. You can find instructions in the documentation files.
