    Just purchased this theme and I’m already having issues. Not a good sign. The Theme’s Accent Color won’t change on save options. Why is this not functioning? The other issue I’m having is that the “Header Height” adjustment doesn’t function and neither does the Logo Top Margin function either. Is there some fix for these? Very disappointed so far with this theme as there isn’t options to control header color options or the page header color either. This should all be built into the theme options page. I shouldn’t have to do this using CSS. If I have too I will so please send that information.

    Thanks Chris but that fix did not work. Color still won’t change. What else can I try?

    Make sure that the file named “custom-styles.css” located in the theme’s folder > framework > css has writing permissions (755 or 777).

    Let me know how’s going. If that is not the problem I’ll send you the modified file.

    Thanks for getting back to me, but these changes are causing concern when you update the theme etc. The site is being hosted at Rackspace and I really don’t have time to go through all these hoops to make adjustments. Can you send me a correct file ASAP as I am on a deadline and will need to pull the plug and move onto a new theme if I can’t get this to work properly.

    Please let me know.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately you must check if the file has writing permissions. If the theme cannot write to the file the settings won’t be saved.

    If you send me a test username and pwd. on your ftp I can check it out for you and fix it.
