    Would like to have more than three trainers in the front page “trainers” widget/gallery. and/or I’d like to choose which ones appear there.. How can I do that?

    You can edit the file named “shortcode.php” located in the plugins folder > sd-fitness-post-types and on line 117 you’ll see this:

    'order' => 'DESC',

    You can change it to ‘ASC’.

    Or, you can add this parameter:

    'orderby' => 'ID'

    Where within the shortcode would I add the items=”4″ code (or whatever the number I need)? And can I change the pagenation text at the bottom from “next” and “previous class” to say “next” and “previous program”

    You can edit the file named “single.php” located in the theme’s folder > framework > inc > post-formats and on line 49 & 51 you can find your text.
