    Hi again,

    Thanks very much for helping me with the iframe issue – it works like a charm now

    What I’d like to do now is have an option “Follow us on Twitter” in the header. I’ve noticed I could add it to the header file and might have to change the sprite.png to add the little twitter icon. Would prefer not to do this to screw up the code and avoid problems with future upgrades.

    Any way you could add the Follow us on Twitter option in the header?

    And if not, do you have suggestions on how to modify the sprite.png not to mess up any other icons?

    Hi,

    Do you have any news on the way to put Twitter in the header of My College theme without messing up the layout and updates? Perhaps you could add this in the future – for some reason people don’t scroll to the end of the page to find the twitter feed or a button…

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve missed this post.

    Here’s what to do:

    Download the attached files and replace the file named “header.php” from the theme’s folder with the one from the archive. Now, do the same for the “sprite.png” located in the theme’s folder > framework > images.

    Now, edit the “header.php” file and on line 75, this:

    <li><a href="#" rel="nofollow">

    replace the # with your twitter url (http://twitter.com/your-username).

    Lastly, go to the theme options page and paste this in the “Custom CSS” box:

    .social-bar ul li a span.twitter-icon {
	background-position: -119px 0;
}

    Save. Done. Refresh page.
