    Hi, I am trying to place two google maps on one page using the [googlemaps] shortcode, but only one of them is displayed. Is this the limitation of the theme or of google – and is there any workaround?

    I would like to display 4 maps on the contact us page, as we have 4 locations.

    I did set up different ids for the [googlemap] shortcode, should I be setting them somewhere else on the site except for the page itself?

    That is weird. I would recommend you try this instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-maps/

    It has many more features that the default theme maps.

    Thank you! Looks like their free version also allows only one map.

    Have you seen people create multiple maps with the shortcode? Does the mapid have to be configured somewhere before it could be used?

    Sorry… what do you mean fixed theme? I made some changes to colors, styles, etc. so am afraid they will be reset when I install a new theme?
