Any adjustments that I’m making in Typography for the Menu aren’t having any effect on the Menu.

any suggestions?

Make sure that the file named “custom_options.css” located in the “styles” folder has writing permissions so the settings can be saved.

i tried both 666 and 777 and it is not affected. this is what is coming up in firebug:
