    I updated to the latest version of the theme using WordPress standard update feature.
    Now on version: 1.1.4

    The system tells me that there are core plugins that need to be updated.
    “The following plugins need to be updated to their latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Revolution Slider, SD Donation and SD Theme Functions Helping Hands”

    When I try to update I get the following errors:
    An error occurred while updating SD Donation: Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer
    An error occurred while updating SD Theme Functions Helping Hands: Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer
    An error occurred while updating Revolution Slider: Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer

    Hi there,

    Make sure that the uploads folder in wp-content on your WordPress install. Or you can delete those plugins and manually add them.

    I had to install them manually. They were located in the themes folder. Can you tell me what settings I must change on my web server to avoid having to install them manually again?

    Hey,

    It depends on what was preventing the plugins to get installed. Usually it’s the uploads folder in wp-content folder on your WordPress install that doesn’t have writing permissions.
