    Hello,

I have just purchased your template and when trying to upload the wrapkit.zip theme file, it gives me the following message and I can not upload it.

“The link you have followed has expired.

    Please try again.”

Please, support me with this impediment.

    Best regards!

    Hi there,

I’ve checked your site and it seems your server has a limit on the upload file size.

Increase the upload limit and try again.

Here’s more info about this: https://www.bitcatcha.com/blog/increase-maximum-upload-file-size-in-wordpress/

    Cheers!
    Chris

That is an image from a different theme and that’s why it says 2.3

It seems you had activated another copy of the redux framework. Check out the demo importer in the theme options page now.

    Cheers!

    Hey,

I’ve checked it out and it seems you have selected “Transparent Header” for the homepage. Edit the page named “Home” and on the right side disable that option.

    Cheers!

Hi there and sorry for the delay but we were out of office for the summer holiday.

I’ve tried to login to check your site but it seems the credentials don’t work.

    Cheers!

    1. I’ve checked your site and it seems that the settings file is not populated with any data. Usually this happens when the file doesn’t have proper permissions so make sure you make the file “custom-styles.css” located in the theme’s folder > framework/admin/admin-options writable on the server. It should have permissions set 755 or 777.

    2. I’ve checked it on my iPhone 7 and the buttons is properly displayed. On what device are you encountering the problems? Can you post a screenshot of how you see it?

    Cheers!

    1. You’ll need to edit the translation file located in the theme’s folder > languages to translate any of the strings. If you want to hard code the translation you can find it in the theme’s folder > framework > inc > share-icons.php.

    2. The logo is managed by WordPress itself. In your dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Logo.

    Cheers!

You can use a plugin like Loco Translate to help you with all the translations.

Do you have any sort of cache active? Can you post the url of the page with the icons?

    Cheers!
