    Hi

    I updated to WP 3.9 – when I edit a page using the WYSIWYG text/html editor, it seems to be missing the GF shortcodes and styling options from the kitchen sink.

    I realise that the themes supports WP 3.8 – but is there a solution or furtther help that you can advise?

    I am having the same issue; also, since the update, the Appearance–>Get Fit settings will not accept an email address in the header after 1 submission. The database is cutting off characters at the quote. It goes through once, but anytime I save anything else in that panel, it breaks. Please advise.

    Hi there,

    1. The 3.9 update will not affect the theme in any way. Just that the shortcode buttons will be gone and you’ll have to manually insert them. If you’re having problems with the editor check what other plugins you have installed.

    2. My demo page is also on 3.9 but I can’t replicate the problem with the email. Did you try to reset the theme options page and start fresh?

    It works once, when I say email I mean email with HTML link: e.g. <a href="mailto:email@email.com">email@email.com</a>

    It goes through when I submit once, but if I change any getFit settings again, the resave turns into:

    form field reads only (open carat) a href=

    cut off at quotes

    then the email is displayed in the text as part of the page

    The quote seems to be giving it issues now. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    It seems that the “Magic Quotes” function of your php server is activated. It is recommended to have it disabled.

    If you can’t do it you’ll need to hard code the email into the header file. You’ll need to edit the file named “header.php” and on line 95 replace this:

    <?php echo $sd_data['top_email']; ?>

    with your custom html code for the email.

    Using the latest Version 1.1.3. Is there a newer version. SOS. Urgently need a replay.

    Also inserting manually a short code for a video it comes up with “undefined” in the text area check out screenshot.

    I’m still working on the update. Inserting the shorcodes manually will do the thing. Try to insert them in the “HTML” mode of the editor not “Visual”.
