    Sorry to be a pain in the ass… updated and received this error. I’m not super familiar with updating through a FTP and want to make sure if I go that route I don’t lose the current slider configurations…

    Hi there,

    You can make a backup of your slider by exporting your slides from the current slider. Then, simply login via ftp and delete the plugin altogether and upload the new version.

    Your slides must remain the same cause their info get stored in the database but if any problem arises you can simply import your backup slider.
