    Hi there,

I’m struggling a bit to get started as I’m totally new to WordPress. I have successfully installed this theme along with the pages that you designed, but I can’t find the short code buttons described in the HTML help file anywhere.

When I go to pages>All Pages and select a page to edit, the only visible buttons are those that are default to WordPress. I have attached screenshots of what I see.

While I’m in the process of asking you a question anyways, can you please also tell me whether it is normal for HTML tags like [/one_third_last] to still appear in the Visual Page Editor?

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards
    Jaco

    Hi there,

Sorry for he inconvenience of not having the shortcode button. Please check this out:

    Shortcode buttons

Also, the tags you’ve posted are not html tags. Those are shortcode tags and it’s normal for them to appear in “Visual” mode because they’re not running. They only get executed on the site.

    Cheers!

    Hi Chris,

It’s been 3 months and there hasn’t been a single update to Cassiopeia. I still don’t have what I paid for. I still can’t use short code buttons and that makes the theme useless to me.

Please fix your theme to have all the features that you described or give me my money back. This is not acceptable service.

    Regards
    Jaco
