What is the page where you don’t want to use prettyphoto on? Can you paste the url?

You can try and add this in the “functions.php” file:

Replace line 145, this:

add_filter('the_content', 'sd_rel_prettyphoto');

with this:

if ( is_front_page() ) {
    add_filter('the_content', 'sd_rel_prettyphoto');
}

The prettyphoto error have gone. But the rest of the errors are not from the theme. They are from the content you’ve inserted in the page in an improper way. You must check your code and format it properly.

Also, there are a lot of empty paragraphs into your pages.

Try to install this plugin to remove those:
