You can try this:

Edit the file named “the-meta-boxes.php” located in the theme’s folder > framework > inc > metabox and add this just after line 72:

array(
    'name' => 'Video URL',
    'id'   => $prefix . 'video-url',
    'type' => 'text',
),

Now, in the “gallery-page.php” add this just after line 76:

<?php 
    $sd_video = rwmb_meta( 'sd_video_url' );
    $sd_item_href = ( !empty( $sd_video ) ? $sd_video : $full_image_url );
?>

and on line 77 replace this:

<?php echo $full_image_url; ?>

with this:

<?php echo $sd_item_href; ?>

Now you’ll have an input below each gallery item where you can insert your video url and the video will be opened in a lightbox just like the images.

I’ve checked your site and it seems that the lightbox script cannot read through the youtu.be shortlink. You’ll need to use the full url (eg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPWQssxByOs). I’ve made a test and it’s working like this.
