    Hi,

    I realised that Visual Composer crashes after updated to WordPress 4.5
    What can I do now?

    Can you please update the theme with the latest version of Visual Composer which is compatible with wp 4.5?

    Hi there,

    I’ve just checked and made some tests but I can’t replicate to problem on my side. Can you give me more details about the problem? Do you get any errors? Did you try to disable your plugins one by one and see maybe there’s a conflict with other plugin?

    Anyway, the update is coming later today.

    Visual composer seems to crash when editing content I had already created.

    Simply deactivate and delete the older version and install the new version from the theme’s folder > framework > plugins > js_composer.zip

    Make sure you update the Visual Composer plugin too. You can find it in the theme’s folder > framework > plugins. Also make sure to check the “update-info” file too for instructions.


    @samted    : note that MyUniversity does not bundle “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer Version”, just Visual Composer.

    Just after I posted my message about not working Visual Composer I have realized that the updated files for both theme and plugins were available.

    I’ve updated everything and it works – thanks!

    However, I don’t know how I’ve missed the update notification, as well as, the theme page does not have emphasized note about the latest theme version.

    Visual Composer is working now, but smk_sidebar_generator is not working that shows a blank page.

    Hello,

    How can I download the lastest version of the theme? I’m having problems with the VC too.

    I don’t see any updates notifications avaiable on the wordpress dashbord.
