    I own a full license of the Visual Composer plugin that comes bundled with Helping Hands.
    There is a conflict between the theme and Visual Composer. I contacted their support and got this answer. Can you tell me how I disable the “related code” that Visual Composer support says I should disable.

    Case.
    I am trying to add an ID to a row (in VC) to use as an anchor for single page navigation. The theme removes the ID in the front end even though it is saved by VC in backend.

    This is the answer from Visual Composer support team:
    The issue at your end is because there is an inbuilt version of Visual Composer (or the related code) present in your theme which is overriding the standalone plugin version and hence causing the issue. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine.

    Hi there,

    Just released an update. Go to the theme options page > General > Auto Updates and insert your purchase code. Once the theme is updated the row id problem is fixed.

    The theme update solved the problem.
