    Hi,

    I’ve been using the my university theme for a while and have had no problems, until recently. When editing any page it no longer allows me to use visual composer. I’ve tried deleting the composer to re-install it and it won’t allow me to de-activate it.

    I know that I don’t need to activate it because it is pre-activated as part of the theme.

    Other than re-installing the theme from scratch is there anything else I can try to get this going again?

    Hi there,

    Did you check the post types that are allowed to use the visual composer? You can do this in the VC settings page.

    I found the problem. It was actually the proxy server I have been behind not allowing it to load.

    All good now.
