    Hello,

    Thank you for creating this wonderful theme.

    I am facing a very strange issue at this time. I have installed the theme on the URL: http://novasentio.ca/torinit/ and imported ‘Style 2’. Afterwards, I deleted a row from the page. To be precise, I deleted the row containing the green block with the text ‘Awesome, I would like to start a Project Now!’ linking to contact us. On saving the page, I saw that the two icons right below the slider are broken.

    I have also faced an issue where upon making edits in a page and saving it, a blank page is saved and all the things modified in visual composer are lost.

    Could you please help me resolve this particular issue?

    Hello,

    This is really frustrating. At random times, while editing a page, whenever I update, the page goes blank.

    Kindly help me resolve this issue at your earliest.

    Hello Ajitem,

    1. I think the blank page is happening due to the low memory allocated to php.

    2. It seems that the WordPress autoformatting feature is, sometimes, not interpreting two shortcodes one near the other. I’ve seen this bug with other themes too. Can you post a test username & pwd. on your site so I can fix it for you? Make sure you use the private reply function of the fourm.

    1. I’m afraid I cannot replicate the blank page problem. I had another client with a problem like this but it was due to an old php version which is not your case. Maybe you can check your hosting log files and see if any error is generated.

    2. Fixed the formatting problem. I just switched the editor to classic mode and then text mode and just after this ending shortcode tag I simply hit Enter:

    [/vc_column_text]

    For example it looked like this before:

    [/vc_column_text][ultimate_spacer ...

    Now it looks like this:

    [/vc_column_text]
[ultimate_spacer ...

    Hello Chris,

    I just moved the site on to a new server and the problem persists!

    Clean install of everything. Just imported demo two, removed a row like I said in the original problem and poof all the contents of the editor have disappeared.

    What next?

    It happens randomly while I edit any page. It happened when I removed this row now and it also happened when I was once updating a single image module.

    Do you have a Skype or something? We could really work this out now. I can give you access to the new site too.

    Can you try and enable the default WordPress theme and see if you still encounter the problem?

    The database error is not from the theme but from WordPress itself. From my research this is what I found:

    This is an issue with PHP 5.5+ and WordPress Core. PHP is pushing a different database connection type PDO and WordPress hasn’t adopted it yet due to backwards compatibility issues.
