    Hi, I can’tuse the Visual Composer on any page (looks only works classic mode) but frontend and backend feature doesn’t visible.

    I’m stucked.

    Pages on website are showed correctly

    In plugin tell me there’s a new version 4.11.2 but isn’t automatic of wpbakery visual composer and send me to the codecanyon to buy new version.

    When i bought your template this feature is included

    It’s urgent!

    Make sure you download and install the latest version of the theme and plugins. After downloading the archive make sure you check the file named “update-info” for instructions about updating the plugins.

    Hi there,

    You don’t need to a purchase code to update. There is a bug in VC that overrides the theme update script and it wants to update directly from their server. You need to manually update the plugin.

    Deactivate and delete your current version of the plugin (no worries no settings or content will be lost) and then manually install the plugin from the latest theme version > framework > plugins > js_composer.zip

    Let me know how’s going.

    PS. Please disregard any notifications from the plugins. You need a purchase key only if you bought the plugins separately (which is not the case because you got them bundled in the theme).

    Hi there,

    You don’t need to register the plugin because if came bundled in the theme. You only need a serial key if you purchased a separate license or you want support and updates directly from the plugin’s developers.

    You can disregard any notices about registering.
