    For some reason Visual Composer won’t update. It seems to up stuck on 5.1 (the latest is 5.1.1)… Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Doesn’t want to update… I have removed WordPress entirely and reinstalled everything… It goes through the process of updating, says “Update Successful”.. I return to the plug-in screen and it asks me to update again. I’ve gone through this process multiple times. I need Visual Composer to update so that I can move forward. HELP please.

    Increasing memory only fixed 1/2 of my problems.. If I have to buy Visual Composer, I’m gonna was a refund.

    Hi guys,

    Sorry for the problems but the guys from Visual Composer made a mistake by replacing the activation button with an update one when there is an update. This is bad for user experience and I have many complaints from many customers that think they need to buy VC separately.

    But actually it is very easy to activate the plugin. Check out this image: https://d.pr/NP5l

    Ok, I’ve logged in but I can’t see the plugins section. When I access it directly from the url I get this error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Can you check that the username has admin permissions so I can check the plugins section?

    I have a setup with multiple websites and I figured that if I activate the plugin for the entire network it would simply come to work again. So the problem is solved for me.
