Hi , I’m using the 3.13.7 version of Visual Composer and the latest version of WordPress but the visual composer no longer works. It opens on the pages but I can not add elements through it.

And yet I get the message ( Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer to get update notifications , access to support features & other resources !) On the panel.

Hi I am using the theme version 4.12.

He returned to work the insertion of elements for visual composer , but is nostrando code instead of the chosen latout . Only in the portfolio is in error . The rest of the pages are ok .

How can I fix this error ?

But only has a slide with pictures and a short text. Nothing else. And it worked and stopped working. When I create new pages it does not work well.
Try to see me what happened? It is using the same format defalt thema or changed pages to portifolio .

Visual composer is suddenly just loading the top bar, but not any content on the backend editor, and nothing for front end at all. On any pages. Despite being enabled on page roles. Says update is available, but wants separate license than what was included with this theme. Now what?

Ryan you have installed the entire theme again? Or only the plugins?

What I find strange is that the entire site works , stopped only in the portfolio.

I’ve updated both VC and Ultimate Addons but the problem is not from there.

Did it work before? I’ve made some tests on my demo page but it is working fine and I cannot replicate the problem.

Can you check your host’s history logs and see if there’s any error?
