    Hi,
    When I turn on my WPBakery Visual Composer plugin my site receives a 500 Internal error. When I turn this plugin off my site doesn’t load properly.
    Can you help?

    Can you check the memory size using a php info file. Sometimes if you set the memory size in the wp-config file it is still limited by the php.ini file on the server.

    Here’s how you can check it:

    On your server create a new file (eg. info.php) and write this line in it:

    <?php phpinfo(); ?>

    Now, navigate to the file using your web browser (eg. yourserver.com/info.php)

    Look for the “memory_limit” directive.

    php.ini file now has 512M.

    I’m still getting 500 internal error message.

    That’s weird. Can you give me the url of the php info file so I can take a look at the other options.
