    Cant find where I would upload a pic to use in the header. I’m not talking about the logo, I’m looking to replace the entire header.

    I really hope this is a feature this theme offers, as it’s quite crucial for us.

    Hi there,

    I’m afraid that there is no option like this right out of the box. Can you post a screenshot on what are you trying to achieve? Maybe I can guide you on how to do it.

    Just curious, what time zone are you in? Are you in Europe?

    I am considering hoping for a refund if we cannot upload a custom header image. This was a large part of our campaign, and I apologize for not seeing that the theme did not include that function. I am a beginner/intermediate WordPress user, and appreciate a lot of the other functionalities included in this theme. As stated though, past themes I’ve used had this ability, and I was not expecting to not have it.

    Hello Jason and sorry for the delay. I’m located in Greece and also yesterday was a public holiday here.

    I’m sorry but this feature was not advertised anywhere. Though, I can help you out setting a background image in the header if you decide you want to continue working with my theme. Otherwise you’ll need to contact ThemeForest support for the refund because we, authors, do not handle payments.
