    I’m attempting to install helpinghands.zip theme and I’m getting an “are you sure” error in WP… permissions are 775

    Make sure that you also increase the memory allocated to php on your server to at least 256M: https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    I am having a similar issue. I changed the memory but the error still occurs. I have attached a picture of the error message.
