    On my campaign page, when I try to enter a custom amount in the “Enter custom donation amount” field, I get an alert that say “Please select an option.” But then if I try to select an option and click “submit” nothing happens.

    This is also happening on other pages where I am using the shortcode. I know that the theme is using Easy Digital Downloads and I’ve contacted their support, too. But since it’s built in to your theme you should be providing support for it to work how it’s supposed to out of the box.

    Hi there,

    That is not part of the theme. Make sure you check the option named “Disable the automatic output of the purchase button” from the campaign settings on the campaign page.

    It part of the theme…it even appears on your demo site (see attached screenshot)!

    I checked the option you told me to and still no change. When I try to enter a custom amount, I still get the alert that says “please select an option.” I’m using a shortcode which is embedded on another page when this happens.

    When I go to the campaign page and test the form, I click the “Donate Now” button and the form pops up in a lightbox. I see the custom amount field but it won’t even let me click on it!

    This is very frustrating because we’ve spent money on your theme and weeks putting the website together. We’ve even purchased two of the Easy Digital Downloads upgrades to go along with it – the donation form is the MOST important part of the website.

    We really need your help making it function how it’s supposed to. Thank you

    If you check your screenshots you’ll see the first one is nowhere on my demo site.

    Also, make sure that in your dashboard > Camapaigns > Settings you enable the custom pledge option.

    I’ve selected that option as well. I created the form using the settings in the Campaign edit screen with “multiple reward options” – there is nothing customized in the code whatsoever. This should be working out of the box.

    And you do have a form set up the same way (mine just happens to have different colors applied within the custom styling section that is built in to your theme).

    Ok, so I’ve checked your site and the problem is that you’re inserting the campaigns in the page in a different way than the theme was developed for. The theme was developed to display the donation options in a popup lightbox and using only the theme’s specific shortcodes.

    What sort of weird things are happening? I’m not using a cacheing plugin or anything. Only the plugins required with the theme. We’re using Flywheel hosting(https://getflywheel.com/) and I’ve never had problems with them before. Is there something I need to do to help you figure out how to fix the buttons?

    Ok I just did the flush cache option. I had to turn off development mode to do it but then turned development mode back on. Hope that helps.
