    No I still have the same issue.

    However, if I’m already on the page and then I refresh, sometimes the first option ($10) will be pre-selected. When that’s the case, the submit button works, but it adds that amount to the cart and the not the custom amount. I’m not sure why this happens sometimes and not others. It’s inconsistent.

    The thing is that the donation system was designed so the custom amount cannot be smaller than the selected option.

    For example if you select 200 you cannot enter a custom amount smaller than 200 but you can insert a larger amount.

    Why is it set up that way?

    My client is now saying that’s “unacceptable” and we’ve already spent so much time trying to get all of this set up. There’s no way to bypass that setting or change it?

    I’m afraid that is not something I set up but it is Easy Digital Downloads plugin default behaviour.
