    Just installed the theme and it won’t even let me edit the theme options, nothing shows up. See image attached. Never had this happen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling theme.

    I’ve checked your site and it seems that the “Ultimate VC Addons” plugin is braking the theme options. Can you do some things so we can check out if it is from the plugin or actually from your server?

    1. Please enable WP_DEBUG mode of WP. Add this in your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    2. Increase upload_max_filesize so I can install an older version of the plugin to check out. You current setting is very low. It throws an error when trying to upload the plugin which is 2.5 Mb (http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/)

    Ok, I’ve checked out with an older version too and it seems your server has a compatibility issue with the Ultimate plugin.

    Please do the following:

    Via ftp go to the plugins folder and delete the folders named “redux” and “Ultimate_VC_Addons”.

    Currently the debug mode is still disabled. Please double check that too.
