    That’s on the root. I set the max file size upload to 3M which was previously 2M

    Upon further research I’ve noticed that the problem is not from the ultimate plugin. It seems that when a disable any plugin the problem solves.

    Can you please try and increase these values in the php.ini file:

    memory_limit=256M
    post_max_size=32M

    Let me know when it’s done.
