Can you kindly remind us if we should use the actual credit card number when we create manual payment with test mode?

Hi Chris,

Yes, we’re using our external donation system. We created the donation page for each campaign and entered the donation page URL to Custom Button URL on each campaign page.

We know the donation bar can’t be displayed since we are using different system. That’s the reason why we asked you if we can manually update the raised number for the percentage bar.

Back to your first reply (#14082), you mentioned that we can set our payment gateway to test mode and make a donation with the desired amount. Then switch back to normal.

So we removed the custom button url, enabled the custom pledging before making a donation with the desired amount through test mode. Wasn’t this way switching back to use the theme’s donation system?

Then In our case, what is the way to update the donation bar?

Hi Chris,

Thank you. We enabled the custom pledging, but now when we click on the donate button, it shows an error ‘No checkout page has been configured. Visit setting to set one.’

Before I asked you the last question (reply #14097), we didn’t receive this error while we didn’t have any checkout page selected.

Please let me know how to fix it.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for your prompt reply. We have another question. We tried the first option but came across an issue.

We set the payment gateway to test mode and when we made a donation with the desired amount, on the credit card page it didn’t show the amount that we typed in but showed $0.

Please see the screenshots and let us know how to fix it.
