    We can receive emails from other addresses with no problems, only seems to be an issue with the EDD receipt/notification emails.

    Server log files are saying there was an error with the purchase notification to the web admin, but is not saying anything about the receipt email:

    Email from Easy Digital Downloads failed to send.
    Send time: December 7 2016 23:50:53
    To: ky@officedivvy.com, ask@flaglercats.org
    Subject: New download purchase – Order #1769

    but that’s all the information they have. No error code or anything like that.

    Where is the setup for the mail function of my server?

    The only setup that I’m seeing is for an email address. Where are the rest of the settings for my mail and smtp server?

    I do not have a contact form, so I cannot test.

    I’ve tried changing several settings in the Campaign Email settings, and I am still not receiving any email receipts or new payment notifications.

    Resolved this issue. Turns out the team member who added the event did not add a date.

    I’m not seeing anything on my end. How are the emails sent? Through my server, or Easy Digital Downloads server? I have been using gmail emails to test receipt of emails (which as I’ve said, are not currently working)
