    By trial and error I think I have isolated the issue (not the solution though). The layout “grid” of staff looks fine (as per new screenshot) until you use a “featured image”. This image seems to compress the table as per screenshot 2.

    I did, I changed it to 12 and I have 12 records. As per the screenshot, you’ll see that only one is featured and another staff member’s image is a thumbnail. Any help much appreciated.
