    got it fixed,
    but still having issues with teh rest
    portfolio page not showing anything

    no menu, no search and no slider

    i just found that its related to teh top sliding panel
    if i turn it off from admin, intuition theme options
    the erros go away,
    but i need this sliding panel for notifications on my new site, so please work on a solution for me, thank you
