    Besides the top bar you can always access the theme options page > Demo Import in your dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options.

    I’m afraid that the WP Bakery Template Library is a premium feature that is available only when you buy a license for the plugin yourself and I cannot bundle the license in my themes because it is not allowed.

    I’ve checked it out and it seems the problem was with the caching. After making changes to the site you need to flush the cache from the “GoDaddy” menu item.
