    I still have the issues:
    (1) All text in file /wp-content/themes/helpinghands/framework/admin/sd-admin-options/sd-admin-options.php is not translated. So on dashboard theme is still in English.
    (2) Translations in parent theme directory
    /wp-content/themes/helpinghands/framework/lang/ *.po and *.mo files
    seems to reference the text from sd-admin-options.php but the changes take no effect.
    (3) I want to have *.po and *.mo files in child theme directory so I changed functions.php file in child theme and added a function call for load_child_theme_textdomain
    I tried several calls but without results.

    Progress: I can make translations of READ MORE only via *.mo file in parent directory but some other translations in the same file take no effects. For me it is preferred to have translation files in child theme directory.

    Can you be more specific about the files that I have to edit to have READ MORE button translated? If you have working solution I would appreciate if you can share this and tell me what occurrences are there and which files do I have to edit.

    I think it’s Usability issue.

    If the user hovers over the button the search field appears.
    If he/she clicks on it at that time it will close because the code will start processing the search even if the search field is empty at this point.

    So I can better inform website users/visitors how to use the search button:
    Hover over the button -> wait for the search field to appear -> move the mouse to the input field -> put the search tekst in the text field -> push enter on keyboard or
    -> move mouse to the search button and click on it

    I have already edited the files with POedit and my “nl_NL.po” and “nl_NL.mo” files contain Dutch translations. Dus for READ MORE I have Lees meer in my “nl_NL.po” file.
