Hi there,

I just updated the theme, and I’m having the same styling issue as before – where it reverts back to the demo styling (see post #10943 of this thread for details). I’ve tried making a slight color change in the theme options (per your suggestion back in April, which worked perfectly) but it didn’t seem to work this time.

I’ve also tried purging the cache on every level – Cloudflare, WpEngine and browser.

Please advise what the next step is to resolving this issue.

Yes, the custom-styles.css file has writing permissions. Would the file need to be copied over to my child theme in order for it to work properly? I currently have the style.css file in my child theme, but it also has writing permissions.

If the custom-styles.css file should not have to be in the child theme, do you have any other ideas on what could be causing the issue?

Yes, I still have the problem. The top bar background color is wrong, the newsletter sign up form background color is wrong, the footer colors are wrong, the text link colors (and text link hover colors) are wrong. Anything that is showing that teal color from the demo shouldn’t be there.

There might be additional styling that is incorrect, but from a quick glance at the site, these are the main elements that are incorrect.

Yes, but this is what I’m seeing on every browser, including my mobile device, and I’ve the cleared each browser cache at least 3 times.
