    Just checked your site and it seems the changes work fine and the custom css file is being properly populated with data. After making changes try to clear your browser’s cache and then refresh the page and see how’s going.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for the check. I am not getting the same results as you. The cache does not seem to be the issue, I have also disabled the cache on the cPanel.

    My menus are also not working correctly. Can you please test that also?

    I tried changing the main menu style to style 4 in the provided demo. The changes do not happen.

    These did not work since I unpacked the theme.

    Hey,

    I can see the site in the golden/brown color that you’ve selected in the theme options page. I’ve also change it to pink to make a test and it works fine. You can check the button in the bottom right widget in the footer and see it how it changes its color based on what you select in the color filed.

    As for the menu, do you want it like my demo4? The menu in the top bar?

    Like I said, I’m getting different results to you. Have been playing with it for a week now and this simple feature is not working (styles and menus).

    I have selected the attached menu and it has never appeared since day 1.

    Don’t worry, the details are private so no one can see them except me.

    Now, I’ve played a little bit too on your site and everything is working fine. I don’t know why you can’t see the changes, it is working flawless.

    Note that if you want to change the style of the menu you need to go to your dashboard > MegaMenu > Menu Themes and select “Top Bar Menu”.

    Here is another example, you can see that I have enabled social icons and entered valid data. They do not appear. Even in the preview window.

    I cannot start work until these bugs are removed.

    It seems to me that the theme is not working correctly.

    Hi Chris,

    I really am sorry to bother you so much but things are not working for me.

    First, I have changed the typography colors in the theme settings and they do not change on the pages. Please check.

    Second, I can’t find a way to change the image at the top of the about us / contact us / several other pages… Please help point me in the right direction.

    1. What section did you try to change the typography?

    2. You need to edit that first row and go to the “Background” tab and change the bg. image to anything you want. I’ve made a change on the contact page with an image from your media library as example.

    Hi Chris,

    This is not working for me mate. These simple features are causing problems. I will give it one final try and then I will request a refund.

    Can you please respond to my questions? Can I actually schedule a call with you? One day per post is not a reasonable response time for me.

    1. Typography – You can see that I’ve set everything to Blue yet any page I open still shows the old Grey settings. The font colour is not updating.

    2. The Image in the heading of the contact us page – I can see that you changed it, but as you can see, I have also tried replacing the link to the image (in the basic editor) and I get no results. Can you please instruct me more clearly on how to change this? I have not found the background tab anywhere.
