Correct, the errors are showing in the WordPress dashboard when I attempt to activate the Ultimate WordPress Mobile Redirect or Meta Box plugins. (The Meta Box plugin is required for the Ultimate WordPress Mobile Redirect plugin.)

Sorry for the delayed response — I was out of town for a bit.

No, I did not manage to fix the site. I am still having trouble when I try to activate the Metabox plugin from the WP dashboard. I receive an error message notifying me of missing meta box files.

Here is the error message:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Warning: require_once(/var/www/public_html/wp-content/themes/getfit/framework/inc/metabox/inc/field.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/public_html/wp-content/plugins/meta-box/meta-box.php on line 32

Seems like something about the plugin is conflicting with the metabox files that are packaged with the GetFit theme?

I had to have my host change the DNS settings back. They were pointed to the correct server before and now were pointing to an incorrect server with an old copy of the site. My client never informed me of the server move so I was very in the dark. I apologize for any confusion.

Now I need to re-implement the changes that were made yesterday. Can you tell me which WP files needed to be replaced? I did place the correct version of the content.php file within the child theme folder, and the full text of blog posts are displaying as expected: http://4afsfit.com/blog/

However, I am receiving some error messages in my WP dashboard related to missing meta box files…? Can you help shed any light on that?

One small problem: it appears when the site was restored we reverted to an older version from late January? Is it possible this was a result of restoring the missing files? We are missing content that was posted over the past couple months.

One small thing: the h2 header on the blog page is repeating the title of the first blog post. Is it possible to have this h2 header just say “Blog”?

My hosting company just confirmed that the W3 Total Cache plugin was not fully disabled. They completely disabled the W3 Total Cache plugin using the information found here:

How to Remove W3 Total Cache

I wrote to our webhost about this and here is what they said:

It looks like your client is going into passive mode after connecting. This is a rather common issue and I’ve setup your FTP server to use passive mode now, and opened the necessary port range in your server’s firewall.

Please try connecting again and let me know if you’re still having any issues, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.
