    However, I don’t know what plugins you updated as I thought I had updated all of them.

    Whatever the case – the site works, it’s easy to manipulate again and clients are happy.

    hi again! So, I deleted the download page I just made. Deleted it and made a new page – Downloads.

    Whilst in the new page I published it.

    Then, I selected backend editor.

    From there I tried adding from template > FAQ. This time, visual composer is stuck in a spinning wheel.

    It’s been spinning now for several minutes.

    hi, I replied via email but i guess you want them here.

    More details – I’m trying to update content. I added a new menu link ‘downloads’ .. then inside downloads i wanted to use the FAQ template to make hyperlinks.

    i got as far as – setting up FAQ template using visual composer. I didn’t know how to change the content. I thought I could just click on the words and edit as needed. to be honest – it’s been so long doing anything with this template I forgot. once I left that in hopes if i exited and went back in that it would help – now, visual composer is frozen. it don’t work.

    to be clear – i want to keep the look of the FAQ template but change the words to what I want it to say.

    So, I did this:

    I went to Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) support.
    I searched, ‘pending purchases’.
    The info there talked about finding the IPN for paypal and how that would fix the pending issue.
    Being with moneris – I called them up and asked about an IPN. (i forget what IPN means)
    Moneris wasn’t familiar with that terminology and asked what did i want to happen.
    I told them I wasn’t getting any email notifications showing that my donation went through – on either end.
    I then had to log into moneris and configure some settings there.
    now, i’m getting an email for the sale and so is the purchaser.
    BUT – the payment history in campaigns still reads, “Pending”.
    Once I went into the details of each item I was able to change the status from Pending to Complete.
    Which generated more emails.
    NOW, i’m a bit confused – is EDD supposed to be automatic? or, am I supposed to be changing the pending to complete status manually?

    so, with all that said and done – i know transactions are going through.

    Now, how do i get it so when the purchaser hits the donate button it opens in a new frame/window .. cause it is, I leave the KGPS.ca to moneris and have no way back. other than to just type it in the address bar again .. and normal people don’t want to do that – they want a link or something ..

    apparently i can use WooCommerce somehow to connect with the moneris eselect plus .. still reading and reading .. good news is – helping hands is woocommerce ready it says ..

    WOO!

    now i just need to figure it out.

    so, i have a further issue .. not that i got paypal set up at all .. but, i just talked with our finance person and she needs it to go through moneris – eselect plus ..

    will this template work with eselect plus and how the hell do i set it up if it does .. lol
