1. Did you try to refresh the theme options page? As long as the file is writable the error shouldn’t appear anymore.

2. Yes, you need to set permissions for that file in the child’s folder too.

Go to the theme options page > Styling and paste this in the “Custom CSS” box:

.pricing-featured {
margin-top: 0;
}
.pricing-featured .pricing-content {
padding: 0;
}
.pricing-featured .pricing-column-inside {
padding-bottom: 0;
}

Save. Done.

Hi there,

I think it has something to do with your browser’s zoom. Try to hold CTRL while scrolling the mouse down. When there’s too much zoom this tends to happen.

Hi there,

That is happening due to the WordPress auto-formatting feature which, sometimes, automatically inserts unwanted empty paragraphs or break tags into your content (especially when you’re using the “Visual” mode of the editor).

Make sure to check your content in “Html” mode too and remove any unwanted content. If the problem persists this plugin does wonders:
