Nevermind. I just found a tip in another forum suggesting to reset permalinks and that seemed to fix the problem…in case you have anyone else with this issue.

No I still have the same issue.

However, if I’m already on the page and then I refresh, sometimes the first option ($10) will be pre-selected. When that’s the case, the submit button works, but it adds that amount to the cart and the not the custom amount. I’m not sure why this happens sometimes and not others. It’s inconsistent.

I just checked to make sure and we’re actually using development mode with caching specifically turned off. See attachment.

I checked the option you told me to and still no change. When I try to enter a custom amount, I still get the alert that says “please select an option.” I’m using a shortcode which is embedded on another page when this happens.

When I go to the campaign page and test the form, I click the “Donate Now” button and the form pops up in a lightbox. I see the custom amount field but it won’t even let me click on it!

This is very frustrating because we’ve spent money on your theme and weeks putting the website together. We’ve even purchased two of the Easy Digital Downloads upgrades to go along with it – the donation form is the MOST important part of the website.

We really need your help making it function how it’s supposed to. Thank you
