    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for getting back to me. The site was handed to me by another developer, with the theme already installed and with a child theme activated. I have since bought a license key for the theme but am not able to update it. I can download the latest theme manually from envato, but then I can’t upload it because I am already running it. If i delete my current theme files, I delete key content and styling.

    Can you please advise further?

    Hello!

    I am using WordPress version 4.6.1
    With visual composer 4.8.1
    and Helping Hands (child theme) version 1.0

    Neither the backend or front end of visual composer are currently working properly. Front end is stuck in a loading loop and the backend is not displaying any modules, or allows me to add any modules.

    Also, any attempt to customise the theme results in a “Cheating are we?” page.

    Could you please advise me on how to remedy this issue?
