    Unfortunately not, I still have the same issue. Now there’s both the backend and the frontend editor (the frontend wasn’t showing before), but I can only modify the first part of the page and nothing else (see the picture attached)…..

    By the way, couldn’t you make the theme upgradable from WordPress backend? This would at least show when an update is available…….

    Hmmm, I did what you told me to, and now I have page builder instead of Visual Composer (apparently it is the same thing with a new name)?! Anyway, I can’t seem to modify the page as I was used to, since it only shows a part of the page, the same problem I was having last time I updated WordPress.     Hey again Chris,

    I did what you told me but unfortunately my theme crashed and I got an error saying:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_set_template_dir() in /web/htdocs/www.circoloverdi.it/home/wp-content/themes/myuniversity/framework/inc/vc/sd-vc-functions.php on line 10

    I am using a child theme; could this be the problem? Can you please help me to solve the issue?

    Hello Chris,

    I purchased a Visual composer license in order to have it always up to date. What shall I do now to make it work with the theme? IS there a way to find a code and insert it or do I have to install the new version of the plugin? Can you please help me?

    Hello Chris,

    sorry for bothering but I need your help once again! I have a couple of issues:

    1) I tried to put a background image in all the menu items created with categories but even if I just changed the name of the file it didn’t work. You helped me in the past with it making me modify the page-top.php file and inserting a string in my theme css which was

    `.sd-cat-bg {
    background: url(/image url) no-repeat 0 0;
    }. Can you please help me to understand why it doesn’t work anymore and why my categories show a white space instead? you can see it for example here: http://www.circoloverdi.it/category/il-circolo/

    2) The contact page is displayed a bit strangely. could you please help me to fix it with some css?

    Hello again Chris,

    I just realized the problem appears when the browser is not on full page mode, so it must be some css making the site no longer responsive when seen in a mid-width mode where the menu disappears(I assume it would be “crashing” on devices like tablets). I’d appreciate some help. Thanks again…..

    Hello Chris,

    I’m in need of your help again. Today, after updating the plugins of my WordPress, I got the message saying that WpBakery Visual Composer can not be updated but most of all, the theme “crashed” and the menu is no longer how it was before.
