    Proceeded as mentioned and worked.. well, almost. Now the icon is showing online as a square. Using inspector I can see is a class issue. Instead of the sintax “fa fa-bus” it is showing only “fa-bus”. The other icons are ok.

    Would appreciate urgent advice.

    I’m not using any section. Just editing the fields in the “insurance product” page/template.
    There’s an option to add an icon. The icon I want isn’t available. However:
    a) it exists in font awesome version
    b) I can choose the same icon when using visual composer Insurance Tab module
    c) if I edit the page using Chrome Editor, and change the icon class (from fa fa-car to fa fa-bus) the icon shows up, proving it is available and not having any update related issue.

    Maybe there’s an error (or needing an update) with the combobox that lists the available icons.
    That field is locked in a way that you HAVE to chose from the list – can’t just write (writing is there for search only)

    By the way, is there an undocumented preferred permalink structure?
    I’m using article name.

    a) Tried custom structure using %postname% but to no good; returned to the original one;
    b) Tried changing the custom-post-types.php inside inc folder, on the new plugin files, hardcoding the wanted slug “seguros” instead of the actual (and, as I understood, default) insurance-products, but then the menu item (just a custom link with the insurance products as submenus) stopped working/opening. Changed the exact text insurance-products on lines 89 and 123.

    Due to my deadline, indications on how to change the slug to “seguros” (even if coded the wrong way) are very welcome. Then we have time to correct it the proper way.

    I’m having the same issue. Maybe it’s the same solution.

    I change the text in the theme options, flush the permalinks in dashboard but it keeps the original insurance-products slug.

    Problem solved. Removing the if{} statement solved the issue I was having.
    What happened? Is this a problem with every installation?

    Not working.
    !important made no difference whatsoever. The CSS keeps getting ignored if not logged in.
    When you tested you got it working without issues? Cause when I’ve cloned it into my localhost installation, the issue kept showing.
    See the screenshots. There’s the custom code. A screen from Homepage while logged (firefox); another from the same when not logged (chrome). The issue is not browser related.

    Hi again
    After a little lot of search, I believe I’ve found the problem. However, I lack the knowledge to solve it and I hope you can help.

    The enqueing of css files is making the UltimateVC styles to be loaded “after” the theme stylesheet and the custom stylesheet. As I’ve read here this may be the problem.
    Can you please try, or explain, or even send me the file that would allow the themes CSS to be the last ones to be added to header?

    Don’t know if this explains the log in log out difference but, if it solves my problem, I will be happy.

    On a sidenote, I can’t really use the child theme that was added in the theme files because it previews really weird. I believe it must be a similar problem… if you could help making the file usable – considering you have the site on your side – I could switch to the child theme, maybe rename it.

    Duplicated it to my localhost.
    Same problem. While logged in everything works fine. When log off, the custom CSS goes away.

    Can I send you a Duplicator package? Maybe you can test locally.

    Thanks for the quick reply. That really isn’t the problem. The issue occurs on the homepage when I use the post grid element.
    The Read More is inside the posts… and I’m not using it.

    I’ve managed to solve it. After reading the “readme.txt” file from VC folder (go figure) I’ve just added the translated “po” and “mo” version of the plugin into the wordpress plugins language folder, with the right naming convention (in this case js_composer-pt_PT) and it worked (without hard coding the translation).
